Pelation collects information about you, including information that directly or indirectly identifies you. We receive information when you are using and uploading information from the REBO main device and handlebar button. Pelation also collects information on how you use the Services such as:

• Contact information so we can respond to your support requests and comments
• Location information when you are using our devices. 
• Video information of user bookmarked instances. 
• Technical Information and Log Files: information from your browser, computer, or mobile device, which provide us with technical information when you access or use the Services. This technical information includes device and network information, cookies, log files and analytics information

How Pelation uses this Information

To provide Services such as:

• Recordings and analysis of ride activity: frequency of use, routes, incidents bookmarked
• Visualisations of your incident data and comment such as creating heatmaps of incident location and severity.

• Communicate with you: in response to your requests and comments
• Marketing and Promotion of our services and product
• Aggregate Information: we do not sell your personal information. Pelation may aggregate the information you and others make available in connection with the Services and share it publicly or with a third Party including information such as, usage, demographics, routes, incidents. Pelation may use, sell, license, and share this aggregated information with third parties for research,, business and other purposes such as improving cycling infrastructures in problem areas, understanding routes that cyclists find dangerous, and more.
